Chester Kowalski, PE

As Principal of SAG Engineering & Consulting, PC, Chet Kowalski is responsible for developing and executing the company’s corporate and operational strategies. He provides leadership across the organization with a mission to create excellence for all stakeholders. Before founding SAG, Chet served as Senior Vice President at Quadrant Construction, a leading construction management firm.

Throughout his career, Chet has driven the success of numerous initiatives. At SAG, he and his team are dedicated to understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client. They work closely with clients to ensure projects are completed safely, securely, and on time, consistently raising the quality standards within New York City’s construction industry.

Founded in 2012 by Chet Kowalski, SAG Engineering & Consulting, PC has built a reputation for excellence in the construction industry, drawing on over three decades of experience.
